We want young people to know that there is a downside to social media.
Constantly checking your phone and losing track of time on your phone can be very isolating.
The message for young people is if you’re going through social media and see things you don’t like and feel depressed or isolated, turn it off.
You don’t need to let social media control your life.
The following Fixers helped me with this Fix:
Anne Delaney from New Lodge Arts, Joe Brady from Party Solutions and Joanne Smyth from Ashton Centre supported me with this Fix.
Fixers is a project of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, and featured on ITV.
