Young people share pictures all the time these days. It’s become a normal thing.
But many are unaware of the dangers involved. A few months ago a girl I know sent a nude picture to a boy and before she knew it, he had shared it on the group chat.
She was devastated and realised she had made a mistake.
My team and I are working with Fixers to educate people about the dangers of sexting.
It’s important that people think before they share and understand that sometimes personal information can be dangerous in the wrong hands.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Caitlin S Jones
Rebecca S Hughes
I would like to thank NHS England North (CSE) for supporting this project.
Michelle Beeson, Vanessa Jenkins and Stephen Pearce also supported my campaign.
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Tilly and Bella
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
