I've suffered from mental health problems myself in the past and my friends didn't pick up on it for a long time, so I wanted to do something to make people more aware of the signs to look out for.
You shouldn't be ashamed of telling people you are struggling, but it can be difficult to reach out because of the shame attached to it.
Along with my friend Michael Nyazika, I am campaigning to get teenagers to think more about what their friends may be going through, so that people are more sensitive to those in their classes who may be suffering from anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Michael Hope Ray Nyazika
Esme Weiler Grove
Akim Emmanuel Nyoni
Olumiase Lunmi Alabi
I would like to thank Jill Roberts, the CEO of MIND in West Kent for appearing in my broadcast film.
