Being a teenager can be a time when young people are under a lot of pressure.
One area this stress can manifest itself is at school. There are huge expectations on students to do well in exams, but sometimes it can be too much to handle.
I was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder about three months ago. There were a number of factors which played a part, but exam stress was a major one.
