I started self-harming when I was 12 and it carried on until I was 15. It was very isolating. I felt lonely and like nobody else understood.
I was mainly cutting myself, but there were also times when I was drinking, smoking or making myself sick.
I got counselling and talking about my feelings really helped me.
I made a film with Fixers to help other people and send a message that you can come out the other side.
You don't have to suffer in silence. Self-harm isn't simple but getting help is.
