I've loved sport from an early age. I was about four or five when I started playing football and rugby competitively.
I am now studying Sport, Exercise and Physical Activity at Durham University, and captain the tennis team and play football for our 'A' team.
When I was younger, I remember wanting to try gymnastics but the opportunities just weren't there for boys.
I think it's ridiculous that certain sports are still seen as being 'for boys' and others are 'for girls'.
I have created a booklet called 'Sports For All' with Fixers, which I hope teachers will use in primary school PE lessons.
If it inspires one girl to try out rugby, or one guy to play his first game of netball, then for me I will have achieved something incredibly important.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
