I’ve got cystic fibrosis. It’s a rare genetic disease which affects my lungs, digestive system and immune system.
The average life expectancy for someone with cystic fibrosis is currently 28. I try not to let that bother me.
Despite having to take 30 tablets a day and spend sessions with various nebulisers, I’ve qualified as a fitness coach. This summer I’ve got a job as an instructor at a Greek island resort.
My Fixers project is to promote positivity. I think people worry too much about the little things.
If you’ve had a bad day – go and do something you want to do that makes you happy. Life’s too short to stress. Do what’s best for you.
