When I was about five years old I noticed my stepfather treating my mother how she shouldn't be treated.
Every time she fought back he would get even more violent. As I was getting older and growing up I could see how it was really affecting her.
I felt like I couldn’t say anything because if I did, my mum and I could end up dead. I’d end up blaming myself, locking myself in my room and not eating or drinking.
I went on to do a computer course at college and now I'm a qualified IT technician.
I've made a film with Fixers because I want to show other people affected by domestic violence that your life can be the way you want it to be.
