I know how easy it is to end up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
A few years ago, I was hanging around with two people when a fight broke out with another man.
I tried to break it up and had no idea that one of my group was carrying a weapon.
He used it to stab the man and we all ended up in court.
If the person responsible had not admitted what he did, we could all have been charged with committing the crime under the joint enterprise law and I could have gone to prison.
I want young people to realise that this law exists and how it can potentially affect them.
