When I walk through the rooms of a historic building – like Milton Manor House near my home town, I get a sense of awe.
You can feel all the history through the story of the people who lived and worked here in the past. And of course it is so beautiful.
I want other young people to be as enthusiastic about places like this as I am.
It makes you feel good to be in somewhere which is so beautiful, that has been loved for centuries.
And just as important - the next generation has to take over at some point. We need to support and preserve buildings like this for future generations.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
