I’ve suffered from panic attacks at school. It was really scary, because I didn’t understand why they were happening.
When I realised they were a symptom of my anxiety and depression, they were easier to deal with.
Schools need to teach people what it means to have a mental health problem and how it can affect your health.
My Fixers campaign is about encouraging young people to open up and talk about mental health.
