I was sexually assaulted by someone who I considered a friend.
I am working with Fixers to raise awareness of what constitutes as a sexual assault and to give other young people confidence in their own personal boundaries.
I am doing this because the impact on my mental health and well-being has been huge and I suffer from social anxiety as a result.
I want young people to feel confident in knowing their own boundaries and to know it is okay to say no and okay to change your mind.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
Fixers is a project of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, and featured on ITV.
