I came out as gay at the age of 15 or 16 and then as a transgender woman when I was 20.
In my experience of being in relationships, I’ve noticed that many people are often embarrassed about telling others they’re seeing someone from the transgender community.
This can be upsetting because you start to wonder how much you really mean to someone.
I’m working with Fixers to challenge the stigma associated with transgender relationships.
Hopefully it will encourage people to see others as individuals and not judge someone based on their gender.
