I have Crohn's disease, which is an inflammation of the digestive system.
I was about 13 years old and I started getting quite a lot of stomach pains.
When I was first diagnosed, it was hard to talk to people about it, because it’s quite a taboo subject.
I’m working with Fixers to help young people understand more about Crohn's disease and show that it’s nothing to feel embarrassed about.
I hope my campaign gives people a better understanding of this illness and what it's like to live with.
I would like to thank Meghan Callaghan for helping me with this Fix.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
