The mental health of young people is something we feel extremely passionate about.
There are many our age, who often struggle in silence. While they may appear fine to everyone else, their feelings inside might be completely different.
With the help of Fixers, my team and I are helping people to spot the signs of negative mental health in others.
Hopefully, our campaign will encourage better understanding on the topic and ultimately help those struggling with mental health issues to speak out.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
My Fixers project is supported by Simplyhealth which helps people care for their everyday health through health cash plans, dental plans and independent living solutions.
With over 140-years of history in the healthcare market, the organisation is working in partnership with Fixers to help support young people to have their voices heard on the subject of mental health.
I would also like to thank Candy Regan and Charlotte Dumbill from Cockermouth School for supporting the Fix. They both helped to facilitate the project.
