I was verbally and physically attacked a few years ago.
It was an incident that shook me up and made me feel worthless.
I didn’t want to feel like that again, so I decided to learn martial arts which taught me self-defence.
It also improved my fitness and gave me confidence.
With Fixers, I want to show how martial arts can help people both physically and mentally.
It changed my life for the better and it can do the same for others.
