I began practising parkour, a form of street gymnastics, at the age of 12 and I haven’t looked back.It’s not only great for fitness, but it can also improve confidence and self-esteem.Sadly, many people still perceive the activity as being anti-social and dangerous, which is far from true.With Fixers, my team and I have helped create a film about parkour and its benefits.Our aim is to challenge negative misconceptions of the sport by showing people what it could do for them.
