I have Down’s syndrome and feel that people treat me differently as a result. This can cause me to feel sad, upset, angry and alone.I would like friends to go to the cinema with and I love to play football, but sometimes others won’t play with me because I’m slower.People talk over me or lose patience with me and it’s frustrating. With Fixers, I want to encourage people to treat me, and others with disabilities, equally. It’s important to realise that we’re just the same as everybody else.
Beattie Sinclair and Elisabeth Jackson are helping me with this Fix.
