Abuse in a relationship isn’t always physical. It can be emotional too.I’ve seen the effect of coercive, controlling behaviour on someone I know. It’s upsetting as it must really lower their self-esteem and confidence. With Fixers, I want to encourage those who’ve experienced emotional abuse to speak out.Anyone in this sort of relationship should report it or talk to someone they trust.
Louise O’Kane, Young Person Service’s Manager at Women's Aid, supports my Fix. She agreed to be interviewed to appear in my broadcast piece.
I would also like to thank Alastair Murray for providing us with a location to shoot our Fixers film.
