Around a year ago, I started to have severe panic attacks at school, which meant I couldn’t stay in lessons.
At the time, my friends didn’t really understand what I was going through, so I ended up feeling alone.
With Fixers, I want to show others my age how to recognise when someone they know is struggling with a mental health issue.
If they can spot the signs and offer someone support, it could make a real difference.
Just knowing that someone cares is a great help.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Caroline Currie, Hafal
Caroline Currie from Hafal, a charity for people with mental health conditions and their carers, supports my Fix. She agreed to be interviewed to appear in my broadcast film.
Ysgol Uwchradd Glan Clwyd
The team at the school support my project. Sioned Colquhoun agreed to provide a space for us to film part of my TV broadcast piece.
JZee Leeming Model and Casting Agency
Sandra Pierce from the agency supports my Fix. She put us in touch with actors to feature in my Fixers film.
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
Shak & Natasha
