When I was diagnosed with anxiety, it was only because of my family that I knew where to get help.
I'm concerned that other young people may not be aware of the various places that can offer them support.
Being open with somebody who's willing to listen is a great step towards recovery and is important for those who incorrectly believe they should hide how they’re feeling.
Negative emotions should be shared to lighten the load. I want to show others where they can turn to get the help and support they need.
