I know what it’s like to live with depression. It affected me every day and in every part of my life. But if I’d been taught about mental health and coping strategies, then perhaps it wouldn’t have become such a big problem. For this reason, I’m working with Fixers to help other young people understand how important it is to take care of their mental health.I want to encourage them to talk about their feelings and to be comfortable doing so.Hopefully my campaign will inspire others struggling with mental ill health to seek help.
Benedict Millson is helping me with this Fix.
