My anxiety started when I was 13.I would often stay at home because I’d get nervous interacting with people and school was a real struggle.Eventually, I was taken into hospital.It’s still something I have to deal with now, but I have learnt how to get on top of it.With Fixers, I want to show other young people with mental health issues that things do get better. It’s important to stay positive and ask for help.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
