My anxiety started when I was 13.I would often stay at home because I’d get nervous interacting with people and school was a real struggle.Eventually, I was taken into hospital. It’s still something I have to deal with now, but I have learnt how to get on top of it.With Fixers, I want to show other young people with mental health issues that things do get better. It’s important to stay positive and ask for help.
