There are still negative misconceptions and sleazy stereotypes that surround pole dancing.
Many people don’t recognise how great an activity it is for improving fitness and confidence.
But we’ve seen the benefit it’s had in our own lives and now want to show the positive impact it can have on both physical and emotional well-being.
With Fixers, we want to challenge people’s misunderstandings and show them that pole fitness is a genuine sport.
We hope our campaign inspires others to give it a go.
Here is a list of Fixers helping with this Fix:
Fitness expert Sam supports our Fix. He agreed to be interviewed to appear in our broadcast piece.
Cumbria Pole Art
Sarah Ritch supported the project by allowing us to film in the studio.
Shak & Natasha
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Fixers is a project of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, and featured on ITV.
