My team and I feel it’s important for children to understand and take an interest in nutrition.
We think some households avoid healthy food because they don’t think they can afford it, but actually it can be a cheaper option than a ready meal.
With Fixers, we’ve helped create a recipe book full of simple and nutritious ideas for dinners.
By aiming it at school children, we hope young people will start to understand that healthy cooking can be creative and fun.
