Campaign: | To show young people the importance of using technology in moderation |
Whether it’s chatting with friends, sharing photos or going on social media, modern technology allows you to do so much.
Unfortunately, it can become an obsession and even an addiction, which is what I think happened to me.
I woke up one morning and I was tangled in cables. I had my laptop charger around my legs and my headphones around my neck. It was at that moment that I realised I had a problem.
Fortunately, by doing little things like switching my phone off at night, I found more time to read and do creative activities such as painting.
I’m working with Fixers to encourage others my age to stop spending as much time using technology so they can socialise more.
I really hope my project will get young people interacting and doing things they enjoy.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Alice Benham | Becca Hall |
Brent Baartman | Bryn McGlashan |
