I think that many young people are unsure of what they want to do in life. When at school, they might just follow the crowd, rather than being themselves.Being a twin, I felt I was often compared to my sister growing up and she was more academic than me.We both chose to do A-Levels but it didn’t suit me and I ended up failing my first year, which left me really low on confidence.Everyone has different abilities and ways of showing their intelligence. I found that my strengths lay in more creative things, like writing. With Fixers, I want to empower young people to choose a path that’s right for them. They shouldn’t feel influenced by others.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
The Feel Better Every Day Consultancy
Eve Menezes Cunningham, Life Coach, has supported my Fix. She agreed to be interviewed for my broadcast piece.
Shak & Natasha
Tilly and Bella
