People with learning difficulties can often feel isolated and undervalued, especially when it comes to employment.
In my spare time, I volunteer at a cafe supporting those with special needs as they learn to work in the service sector.
I see how much potential the workers there have and it would be great if others could appreciate that too.
With the help of my team, I’m working on a Fixers campaign to encourage employers to give people with learning difficulties a chance in the workplace.
