My anxiety started when I was at secondary school.
I was worried about my exams and my concerns about the future caused me to have panic attacks.
Fortunately, learning breathing techniques helped to take my mind off things. I became able to control my emotions a lot better.
With Fixers, I want to raise awareness of anxiety disorders to show others they can be controlled.
I hope to help those facing anxiety attacks to feel able to come forward and seek support.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Louise Hickley, Project Manager at Catch 22, supports our Fix. She provided a space to hold our meetings.
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Tilly and Bella
Shak & Natasha
Fixers is a project of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, and featured on ITV.
