Living with anxiety issues can be a daily challenge.
I had my first panic attack at the age of 13 during school and it was an awful feeling.
My palms began to sweat and I felt as though I couldn’t breathe.
Although I’m a lot better now, I still have good and bad days.
I’m concerned that young people who have anxiety disorders often don’t get the help they need, while some feel ashamed to seek support.
With Fixers, I’ve helped create a leaflet, which explains more about panic attacks and offers information and tips on how to control them.
I hope my campaign will raise awareness of anxiety issues in young people, helping others to realise they're not alone.
