I feel that many young people are affected by mental health issues.
These problems can be triggered by school, family, relationships or any number of other factors that should not be kept bottled up inside.
The worry is that these young people don’t know that they can turn to others for help.
If they don't speak out, these issues can become too much to cope with and they can develop negative behaviours such as self-harm.
I want to show others how they can get help and confide safely in people without feeling alone and isolated.
There are plenty of people to offer support and talking to others should always be the solution.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Thank you to Crusaders Football Club who allowed us to film our project at their stadium.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
