Campaign: | To encourage young people to take an interest in local politics |
Politics is something we should all take seriously because it can affect everyone.
Sadly, since The Troubles in Northern Ireland, many young people living here have become disillusioned with the system - worried that things have become too sectarian.
It’s our view that politics should simply try to deal with the issues that people face every day and unite communities instead of dividing them.
My team and I are working with Fixers to encourage young people in Northern Ireland to vote for the things that matter to them and not be swayed by what’s happened in the past.
The future is in our hands, so it’s important we stand up and be counted.
