Campaign: | To challenge gender stereotyping in the workplace |
My team and I believe that young people should be able to pursue a career of their choosing, unaffected by gender stereotypes.
But, there are still some people that seem to think that all girls should become hairdressers, while only a man can be a successful mechanic.
We want to tackle these views. It’s wrong that young people are left fearing that they’ll be bullied if they choose a path that isn’t necessarily expected of them.
With Fixers, we want to show that no-one should be judged based on the job they do - challenging preconceptions of traditional roles.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with my Fix:
Ayiesha McCoy | Rebecca Larter |
Caitlin Chapman | Rebecca Sutton |
Carys Darlow | Robin Williams |
Connor Day | Ryan Burchell |
Kylie Godbold | Savannah Scott |
Rhys Duncan | Shannon Walton |
Teagen Farrow | Matthew Smith |
Mark Hannant | Myles Cooper |
