Campaign: Warning young people about the dangers of legal highs

Many people think legal highs are safe, but they’re not.

I’ve seen just how devastating they can be after one of my friends almost died by taking them.

With that in mind, my team and I have enlisted the help of Fixers to warn young people against these often harmful synthetic drugs.

We’ve produced a film, which is aimed at giving young people an insight into how dangerous they can be.

We hope it will make others see that taking legal highs is a losing game.

Here is a list of Fixers helping me with my Fix:

Baillie Smith

Connor Dickson

James Leonard

Joseph Irvine

Nicole Watt

Rachel Jael-beer

Shannon Boston

Phil Garnier, Children's Rights Officer

Phil supported our Fix by helping to coordinate many aspects of the project.

July 2014

Since launching our Fixers film, we've received very positive feedback! Here is what some people have said:

'This is just fab and should be widely shown!'

'Well done to everyone, a really powerful film.'

'Brilliant piece of work. It’s quite hard-hitting so the message will be well-received.'

'Wow! That was excellent. Well done to everyone - they must be delighted.'
